The Art Interview - 22nd International Online Artist Competition is a quarterly, international, juried exhibition of paintings, drawings and sculptures in any medium. It is open to all living artists worldwide aged 16 and up. Participation in the Art Interview Biennale Exhibition and a total of € 17,000 in cash may be awarded each quarter to all winners. “The Human Condition” will feature only photo-based work which should be an exploration of human existence in a political, social, and/or personal context. The theme is open to each individual’s interpretation.

The Juror for The Human Condition is Diana Stoll, Senior Editor of Aperture Magazine, arguably the world's finest photographic magazine. Austin Art Space Gallery and Studios officially opened submissions for the 6th Annual “12 Buy 12” Holiday Art Show & Sale. The show is one of three juried shows held each year at the gallery that have drawn entries from all over the U.S. and as far away as Europe, South Africa and New Zealand.

This show has grown to include international entries, but has stayed true to its founding vision: the best and the brightest and most fun art for the holiday season. The show celebrates the 12th month and the size must be 12”x12”. Entries are open to both 2-D and 3-D artists.

The juror for this year is Carl McQueary. Carl is a knowledgeable collector, art scholar and life-long Texas historian. Downtown Milford Inc. of Milford, DE is proud to bring back the fun and successful Riverwalk Arts & Jazz outdoors summer fine arts series! The first day of this exciting exhibition will soon be here. RA&J is looking for musicians, poets, fine artists/artisans and performers to participate sell their work and showcase their talents! This event will be held the fourth Saturday of each month beginning May 22nd and running through September. Each event will be from 11:00 am- 8:00 pm, music will continue until 9:00pm. The gallery will be participating in the FotoWeek DC 2010 Festival by hosting our biennial small works show, this year with an emphasis on photo based mediums.

Our juror is Kathleen Ewing, owner of Kathleen Ewing Gallery, which specializes in photography. She represents over 40 contemporary photographers and maintains an inventory of 19th and 20th century vintage photographs. She was the Executive Director of The Association of International Photography Art Dealers, from 1991 to 2007 and is also the Executive Director of the Art Dealers Association of Greater Washington.
